HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

We are required by law to maintain the privacy of your protected health information (PHI), provide you with this notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and follow the terms of the notice currently in effect.

As required by law: public health reporting, law enforcement requests, and other disclosures required by state or federal law.

You have the right to inspect and get a copy of your records.

You have the right to request amendments to information you believe is wrong.

You have the right to an accounting of certain disclosures.

You have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and to receive confidential communications at an alternate address.

You have the right to a paper copy of this notice on request.

If a breach of unsecured PHI occurs, we will notify you as required by federal regulations.

You may file a complaint with us at support@bringrx.com or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate for filing a complaint.
