Acceptance of terms
By using BringRx you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve.
Not an emergency service
BringRx does not provide emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Telehealth and prescriptions
Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Clinicians may request additional information or labs, or decline treatment.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plans are billed in advance for the duration you select. Prices shown may reflect multi month packages and assume a prescription is issued.
You may cancel future shipments at any time by contacting support before the next fulfillment date. Medication that has already shipped cannot be returned or refunded for safety reasons.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information, follow the plan your clinician prescribes, and report side effects promptly. Providing inaccurate information may make treatment unsafe.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BringRx is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
